A clear overview of services and prices

Everyone arrives with a different story, different problems and a different goal they want physiotherapy to achieve. That’s why I treat each of you individually.

Below is an overview of the most common services. If you’re not sure which is right for you, book a 1st physiotherapy session and we’ll agree the next steps based on your needs.

  1. 1st physiotherapy session

up to 60 minutes incl. therapy notes

    1 200CZK

The first session focuses on understanding your problem.

    It includes

    • a conversation about your problems
    • a movement assessment
    • looking for connections in the body
    • a proposed course of action
    • first recommendations and exercises for home

The goal is to find a direction that makes sense for you.

  2. 2nd and follow‑up sessions

    up to 60 minutes

    1 200CZK

Follow‑up therapy builds on the previous assessment and your current state.

    It includes

    • ongoing assessment of your state
    • adjusting exercises and recommendations
    • hands‑on work as currently needed

Therapy always adapts to how your body responds.

  3. Consultation

    up to 60 minutes

    1 200CZK

Even 1 physiotherapy session can bring relief or show a direction to take.

  4. McKenzie Method MDT®

    up to 60 minutes

    1 200CZK

Systematic assessment and treatment of the whole musculoskeletal system

  5. Pelvic floor treatment

    up to 60 minutes

    1 200CZK

For women and men, the 3x3 method

  6. Shortened session

    up to 30 minutes

    800CZK

Suitable as a supplement or check‑in between longer visits, or when a shorter time is enough.

  7. Physiotherapy by video call

    up to 60 minutes

    1 200CZK

In some situations a video call can be a good alternative to a visit in person – for example if your health prevents you from travelling, you have acute pain or a swollen joint, you’re abroad, or you need a consultation between sessions and happen to be far away.

Online physiotherapy works much like a visit in person, and always adapts to your current state.

    It can include

    • a conversation about your problems and their course
    • a movement assessment over video
    • looking for connections between individual problems
    • a proposed course of action
    • recommendations and home exercises
    • ongoing evaluation of results and adjustments

Physiotherapy by video call works both for 1 consultation and for continuing physiotherapy.

With 1 client we solved his herniated‑disc problems online this way. He exercised regularly, followed my recommendations, his problems subsided and he avoided disc surgery.

  8. Phone consultation about ongoing therapy

    up to 20 minutes

    300CZK

including my preparation before the call

Health insurance

As part of their prevention benefits, insurers reimburse their policyholders a certain amount for completed physiotherapy. I don’t accept “FT” or “K” physiotherapy vouchers.

If your insurer‑covered physiotherapy or rehabilitation appointment is a long way off and you’d like to start as soon as possible, I offer you the option of 1 Consultation.

Come even in acute pain.

Your body’s reactions will show us which direction to take and what will help you most right now. Even a single session can make it clear how to move forward.
